Flagship cohort program
Remote Work Ready
Six weeks, live, capped at 20 people. You come in applying broadly and hoping. You leave with a position, evidence, and a search system — plus a measured before-and-after score on all five readiness dimensions.

Commitment
6 weeks · ~4 hrs/week
Live sessions run 11:00–12:30 US Eastern Time (ET). Session times are set to accommodate participants across multiple regions, and every session is recorded and posted within 24 hours for anyone in a difficult timezone.
Outcomes
What you actually walk away with.
Not modules watched. Artifacts, systems, and a measured change in readiness.
A position, not a profile
You'll be able to say in one sentence what role you do, for whom, and why you're credible — and every application will say the same thing.
Proof of async ability
Written artifacts that show you can work without supervision: decision logs, status updates, and proposals hiring managers can actually read.
A search system you keep
A weekly operating rhythm for sourcing, outreach, and follow-up that doesn't depend on motivation.
Interview composure
Two recorded mock interviews and direct critique on structure, camera presence, and the autonomy questions remote employers always ask.
A 90-day plan
How to arrive at a remote job and be trusted quickly — the part almost nobody prepares for.
A cohort that stays
Twenty people going through the same transition at the same time, in a private channel that outlives the program.
Curriculum
Week by week.
Week 1 — Positioning
Choose one role, one audience, one claim. Build a 25-company target list based on genuine remote hiring patterns rather than brand recognition. Deliverable: a positioning statement and target list, reviewed individually.
Week 2 — Digital Presence
Rewrite your LinkedIn headline, About section, and experience bullets. Build or sharpen a portfolio artifact. Deliverable: a profile a stranger understands in eight seconds.
Week 3 — Async Mastery
Practice the actual skill: written updates, decision logs, handoffs, and proposals. Live scenarios with written feedback on each submission. Deliverable: three async writing samples you can share with employers.
Week 4 — The Search System
Sourcing, warm outreach, tracking, and follow-up as a repeatable weekly rhythm. Deliverable: a working pipeline with at least ten researched targets and five warm contacts.
Week 5 — Interviewing Remote
Structure, camera, audio, and the trust questions. Two recorded mock interviews with critique. Deliverable: a tightened interview narrative and fixed technical setup.
Week 6 — The First 90 Days
Visibility without noise, trust across time zones, and the habits that get remote employees promoted. Deliverable: a written 90-day plan for your next role.
