Assessments

Measure first. Then decide.

Both diagnostics are free, scored instantly, and built on the same instruments we use in paid engagements. No sales call required to see your results.

Two instruments, five dimensions each.

Each score comes with a per-dimension breakdown and prioritized guidance — the same structure we present to leadership teams.

Method

How the scoring works.

Weighted, not averaged

Dimensions are weighted by how strongly they predicted outcomes in our own engagement data. Positioning carries more weight than tooling for a reason.

Banded interpretation

Raw scores map to four bands — Emerging, Developing, Capable, Strong — so the number means something without a consultant translating it.

Re-measurable

The instrument is identical before and after an engagement, which is what makes a claimed improvement checkable.

After your score

Know your number? Here's what to do with it.

Individuals move on to Remote Work Ready. Organizations usually start with a Readiness Audit. Either way, the score tells us where to begin.
